  • What is covid 19 policy on delivery?

    We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver our products to a huge range of areas across London, no matter the circumstances. That said, we also understand the unprecedented times everyone around the world is up against in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
    As a delivery service, we are able to remain in business during the lockdown, and continue to promise our customers 24-hour delivery to their doorstep, in 30 minutes or less. After all, if history has taught us something about London, it’s that its citizens have never allowed a crisis to get in the way of a celebration, especially with the city’s pubs and bars all shuttered for the foreseeable future.
    Fortunately, our existing delivery methods are already pretty well-suited to social distancing measures. Customers can place their orders online, or over the phone, and pay by cash or contactless card payment when their order arrives. However, we have put additional measures in place to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery drivers.
    All of our drivers have been carefully trained in all of the correct social distancing measures, as well as ensuring sanitising techniques. We also recommend that our customers follow the most up-to-date Government health advice, and wash your hands after your delivery has been completed, as you would any other delivery, just to be on the safe side.
    We have taken extra measures like cleaning the vehicle thoroughly everyday, Drivers are required to wear a face mask while doing the delivery and using hand sanitizers as soon as the order has been delivered and before delivering the other order.

  • What if the item is missing from my order?

    It is our customer's responsibility when they receive the order, they must check while the driver is there. However, in any circumstances if you have realised the item is missing from your order then please contact us on 02083238800 or email us on info@omcashandcarry.co.uk as soon as you realise it. We will check at our end and also confirm from the driver if any items have been left behind at the store or in the vehicle.

  • What if I received the incorrect order or item?

    It is our customer's responsibility when they receive the order, they must check while the driver is there. However, in any circumstances if you have realised the item is incorrect or incorrect order then please contact us on 02083238800 or email us on info@omcashandcarry.co.uk as soon as you realise it. We will check at our end and also confirm from the driver if any at all are mixed up in the orders.
